| Medieval Wrap books are made from hand-dyed, vegetable tanned cow hide. The leather is supple, very tactile and at the same time very tough. The style of binding has been used for hundreds of years and is incredibly durable since the pages are sewn to the cover itself. The wrap style protects the paper all round and the long leather thong wraps round and secures everything. These timeless books make superb travelling notebooks, sketchbooks and journals. They feel wonderful to carry around and are a joy to write in. These books are also available as Refillable Notebooks. Select your book and pay securely by PayPal or another accepted method. Orders will be processed as soon we are able - usually within two weeks, but please allow 28 days for delivery, especially around Christmas. |

I also
make Medieval Wrap books with a bone fastening pin. I hand carve each
one from cow shin bone and decorate it with lines and dots. These rugged
bone pins add a rather 'Viking' feel to the books. Each one is unique
- you'll never find another like it!
